Mr. Parag Ved is the CEO and Whole Time Director of Liberty General Insurance Ltd.

Parag Ved is a seasoned leader with a career that has spanned over 24 distinguished years, he has dedicated almost two decades exclusively to the insurance industry. Known for his dedication to innovation and excellence and his expertise in managing various strategic channels. Mr. Ved has showcased his prowess in the General Insurance industry.

His trajectory in the insurance sector has showcased his ability to drive sustainable growth by innovating and tailoring products to the unique demands of the Indian market. His tenure with industry stalwarts amply demonstrates his proficiency and efficacy in managing diverse strategic channels.

Mr. Ved holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from K.J Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai, and master's in management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).

With over 25 years of experience in the BFSI sector, Jayesh has built a distinguished career in driving distribution excellence, business growth, and operational transformation. He has held senior leadership roles at leading organisations such as Tata AIG and ICICI Lombard. In his last position at Tata AIG, he headed the Agency & OEM Channel, where he played a pivotal role in accelerating business expansion, optimising performance, and building high-performing teams.

At Liberty General Insurance, Jayesh leads the Retail Distribution & Marketing function, overseeing strategy across multiple channels and geographies. He is driving the company’s Retail Distribution Strategy with a focus on creating a best-in-class retail business network and achieving profitable growth through micro-segment level portfolio strategies. His leadership is central to strengthening partner relationships and delivering exceptional value to customers.

Jayesh holds an Executive General Management certification from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Mr. Ritesh Jiwarajka is the President of Finance at Liberty General Insurance Ltd. He has over 15 years of experience and prior to joining Liberty he was the Strategy Head at Future Generali India Insurance.

Ritesh held leadership positions in the finance domain at Future Generali India Insurance & has rich experience working with Bharti AXA Life Insurance, ICICI Bank and Thomas Cook.

Ritesh is a Chartered Accountant by profession , a fellow member of Insurance Institute of India and has attended leadership program at INSEAD (France)

Dipika is a seasoned leader with a career spanning over two decades in the financial services and Life & General insurance sectors. In her previous role, she headed the Compliance and Assurance function while overseeing the Risk Control Unit (RCU) and outsourcing function at Kotak Life Insurance.

She has extensive expertise in managing regulatory compliance, spearheading RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI inspections, and enforcing internal control systems. She has also led initiatives such as risk-based assurance checks and setting up Operational Risk Units in organizations like ICICI Prudential Life, Bharti AXA Life, ICICI Lombard and Motilal Oswal Securities.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant, Dipika has completed executive programs from IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta. She holds NET qualifications and is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of India (III). Her excellence in compliance governance has been recognized with the CFO Next 100 Award.

Mr. Ryan Samaratunga is Appointed Actuary at Liberty General Insurance Ltd. and a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (US).He holds a BSc degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MMath degree from the University of Waterloo.

Ryan has actuarial experience across Pricing, Analytics and Reserving, most recently at Liberty Mutual's head office in Boston.

Mr. Sachin Joshi is the President - Claims at Liberty General Insurance Ltd.

An engineering graduate from North Maharashtra University and holds an MBA from Pune University, Sachin is a founder member of Liberty General Insurance co. ltd and has 19 years of progressive experience across Technology and Business Operations functions in Insurance and Banking domain.

He has been instrumental in successful implementation of Business Continuity Model for Operations, Partner Engagement, Business Analysis, Product Evaluation and Process Delivery with Quality assurance.

With his diversified experience, his customer insight work is focused on using voice of the customer (VoC) data more effectively, aligning CX metrics to the right leading indicators of success and transforming Customer Experience through digital/ process improvement initiatives and people development.

Mukesh Sachdev brings over 25 years of expertise in Information Technology, with a strong foundation in driving digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and large-scale systems integration. He has led strategic technology functions at Edelweiss Life Insurance and HDFC ERGO General Insurance, where he was instrumental in managing complex mergers and acquisitions, digital transformations, and implementing core system for 100+ non-life insurance products.

An Electronics graduate, Mukesh is a certified Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). He holds an Executive MBA (PGPMX) from IIM Indore, a postgraduate degree in Business Analytics and Intelligence, and a Global CIO certification from ISB. He has also completed the Strategic Management Programme for CIOs from IIM Ahmedabad.

She has a deep expertise in crafting and implementing strategic technology plans that drive organizational growth and profitability, always emphasizing innovation.

He has consistently championed data-led decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer-centric technology frameworks. His ability to align IT strategy with business outcomes adds meaningful direction to Liberty General Insurance’s tech and digital ambitions.

With over 25 years of diverse experience in the insurance industry, Devendra Pawar has held leadership roles at some of the most respected general insurance companies, including Future Generali, Tata AIG, and Bajaj Allianz. In his previous role, he successfully led Corporate Sales Pan India for Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd.

Devendra has a proven track record of driving corporate business growth through effective collaboration with brokers and direct corporates. Known for his strategic mindset, strong P&L management, and leadership acumen, he is committed to strengthening Liberty's institutional presence across the country.

In his role at Liberty, Devendra focuses on building strong relationships with key clients and brokers, addressing evolving customer needs, and driving meaningful business outcomes.

He is a Fellow and Associate of the Insurance Institute of India and holds an engineering degree from Mumbai University.

Gisha George brings over 19 years of rich expertise in the general insurance industry, with a significant tenure at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. In her previous role, she led Liability Underwriting and Product, demonstrating a strong focus on innovation and strategic growth.

Gisha has extensive experience across diverse insurance product lines, including Liability, Cyber, Marine, Property, and Health. Her proven ability to develop and implement strategies for business growth, coupled with her emphasis on profitable underwriting, positions her as a key contributor to Liberty's efforts to expand its Commercial Lines business in India.

In her current role, Gisha focuses on building a sustainable growth model for the commercial lines portfolio, emphasizing product innovation, data-driven underwriting strategies, and the integration of advanced technology.

Gisha holds an MBA from Gujarat University, a Fellowship from the Insurance Institute of India, and a Cyber Risk Management degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management, USA.

Jigar Gada is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in Retail and Commercial products across diverse geographies, including the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He has been a key contributor to Liberty Mutual, where he demonstrated exceptional expertise in building optimal pricing and product strategies, along with enhancing analytical capabilities.

As part of APAC Regional Product Team, Jigar's leadership supported market operations in developing effective strategies to drive growth and profitability. His proficiency in managing P&L and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture has been instrumental in achieving operational efficiencies.

In his current role, Jigar focuses on designing customer-centric products, driving best-in-class pricing strategies, and ensuring sustainable profitable growth.

Jigar is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and holds a degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University, USA.

Mr. Sameer Malgundkar heads Corporate Strategy and Project Management along with Process Excellence and Quality at Liberty General Insurance Ltd.

He is a founder member of Liberty. With over 16 years of work experience in general insurance industry, prior to joining Liberty, he worked with ICICI Lombard and HDFC Ergo.

Sameer is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University, thereafter pursued MBA in Finance from Pune University
