Mr. Parag Ved is the CEO and Whole Time Director of Liberty General Insurance Ltd.

Parag Ved is a seasoned leader with a career that has spanned over 24 distinguished years, he has dedicated almost two decades exclusively to the insurance industry. Known for his dedication to innovation and excellence and his expertise in managing various strategic channels. Mr. Ved has showcased his prowess in the General Insurance industry.

His trajectory in the insurance sector has showcased his ability to drive sustainable growth by innovating and tailoring products to the unique demands of the Indian market. His tenure with industry stalwarts amply demonstrates his proficiency and efficacy in managing diverse strategic channels.

Mr. Ved holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from K.J Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai, and master's in management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).

Mr. Amit Jain is the President of Personal Lines, Bancassurance & Affinity and Marketing at Liberty General Insurance Ltd. He has over 22 years of rich experience across General Insurance, Life Insurance and Consumer Durables Industry.

Amit is a founder member of the company and has been a senior member of the Personal Lines Distribution function. He has been instrumental in building the Agency, Retail Broking, Dealership, Bancassurance and Affinity businesses across Top City and Emerging Markets and has led the strong growth of these channels during the last 10 years. He continues to focus on acquiring new partners, developing meaningful relationships, strengthening multi-channel retail distribution network across all geographies in India, and driving profitable revenues and business growth. His indefatigable efforts have helped the company to expand its virtual office network and played a major role in taking insurance solutions to the customers' doorstep thereby improving insurance penetration.

He has launched numerous SBUs and financial product divisions in the insurance sector and is credited with their successful fruition. Prior to joining Liberty General Insurance in 2012, he was at Future Generali, Tata AIG and Kotak Life Insurance where he was responsible for building strong and sustainable distribution verticals across India and acquisition of key relationships.

Amit holds a PGDBA in Finance & Marketing from ICFAI Business School, and a specialization in Digital & Social Media Marketing from IIM Calcutta

Mr. Udayan Joshi is the President & Chief Operating Officer at Liberty General Insurance Ltd. In this role, he spearheads company's product strategy across all lines of business, underwriting, pricing & analytics, new product development & reinsurance.

Prior to his current role, Udayan has successfully led various other functions including Claims, Risk & Loss Mitigation since his association with the Company from 2014. Under his leadership, the Company has built many best-in-class capabilities across businesses, & has launched several industry-first initiatives in the areas of product innovation, claims servicing & process transformation.

With over 16 years of rich experience in the general insurance industry, Udayan uses a blend of strategic approach, focus on execution, and openness to innovation for building superior capabilities at Liberty General for a sustainable business that offers value to all stakeholders.

Before joining Liberty General Insurance, Udayan was Vice President at ICICI Lombard General Insurance. He is a Commerce Graduate, Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and has done specialization in Insurance & Risk Management (ICAI).

Mr. Vimal Kishor is the Senior Vice President - Legal, Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at Liberty General Insurance Ltd. He has an overall experience of over 20 years across General Insurance, Life Insurance, NBFCs and independent legal practice.

Vimal is a founder member of the company. Prior to joining Liberty General Insurance in 2012 he worked with Edelweiss Tokio Life, Future Generali, Tata AIG in various capacities in legal, compliance and corporate secretarial space.

He is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Insurance institute of India and Law graduate from University of Delhi. He has delivered lectures at Insurance Institute of India, National Insurance Academy, Institute of Company Secretaries of India on various legal, compliance and regulatory subjects.

Mr. Ritesh Jiwarajka is the President of Finance at Liberty General Insurance Ltd. He has over 15 years of experience and prior to joining Liberty he was the Strategy Head at Future Generali India Insurance.

Ritesh held leadership positions in the finance domain at Future Generali India Insurance & has rich experience working with Bharti AXA Life Insurance, ICICI Bank and Thomas Cook.

Ritesh is a Chartered Accountant by profession , a fellow member of Insurance Institute of India and has attended leadership program at INSEAD (France)

Ms. Priya Vasudevan is the President - Talent & Enterprise Services at Liberty General Insurance Ltd. She has over 20 years of rich work experience, much of it in leadership roles in Human resources function across reputed organisations and diverse sectors. Priya is a Pharmacist by education with an MBA in Human Resources from Mumbai University.

Priya is a certified Organisation Development and Change Management practitioner from Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS) and has served as a member on it's Academic Program Council. Her work in the 'Institution building' space is published in global journals of repute.

Priya has been honoured with 'National Award for Excellence in Training and HRD' by the Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD) for her innovative practices in HR.

Dr. Puneet has over 25 years of experience leading comprehensive IT initiatives across various sectors and organizations.

An alumna of Delhi University, she earned her MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies in Delhi. She further obtained her Research Doctorate in Excellence in Management from Young Scientists University, USA.

She has a deep expertise in crafting and implementing strategic technology plans that drive organizational growth and profitability, always emphasizing innovation.

Given her expertise in guiding transformational technology strategies and roadmaps, Dr. Puneet's leadership is an invaluable asset to the India team. We are committed to delivering outstanding solutions for our customers and partners.

Mr. Ryan Samaratunga is Appointed Actuary at Liberty General Insurance Ltd. and a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (US).He holds a BSc degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MMath degree from the University of Waterloo.

Ryan has actuarial experience across Pricing, Analytics and Reserving, most recently at Liberty Mutual's head office in Boston.

Mr. Sameer Malgundkar heads Corporate Strategy and Project Management along with Process Excellence and Quality at Liberty General Insurance Ltd.

He is a founder member of Liberty. With over 16 years of work experience in general insurance industry, prior to joining Liberty, he worked with ICICI Lombard and HDFC Ergo.

Sameer is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University, thereafter pursued MBA in Finance from Pune University

Mr. Sachin Joshi is the Senior Vice President & Head-Claims at Liberty General Insurance Ltd.

An engineering graduate from North Maharashtra University and holds an MBA from Pune University, Sachin is a founder member of Liberty General Insurance co. ltd and has 19 years of progressive experience across Technology and Business Operations functions in Insurance and Banking domain.

He has been instrumental in successful implementation of Business Continuity Model for Operations, Partner Engagement, Business Analysis, Product Evaluation and Process Delivery with Quality assurance.

With his diversified experience, his customer insight work is focused on using voice of the customer (VoC) data more effectively, aligning CX metrics to the right leading indicators of success and transforming Customer Experience through digital/ process improvement initiatives and people development.
